I thinned the lettuce from garden A and used it for salad. I also picked a few peas from the plants in garden A that volunteered. I'm still getting some tomatoes starting to ripen but I pick them before they are completely ripe, because they are getting torn up by bugs if I let them out there that long. The quality of the fruit is low, useful for only sun drying or making sauce.
Also picked some Kale this week from Garden B and had it for supper.
The broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage are really being attacked by bugs, most likely caterpillars. I will have to use insecticides next year, because this may be a totally destroyed crop.
