Thinned the beats, lettuce and spinach in garden A. Also thinned lettuce, spinach and Brussels sprouts in garden C. Noticed flowers on the Rutgers tomatoes in the green house, as well as a possible potato poking through the soil. The potatoes in Garden B are about 4 inches high. The Northumberland Reds are further along than the Russetts, which are just poking through the soil.
Collected enough lettuce and spinach to use in a salad. Also picked a couple more radishes from the Feb planting, which looked very nice. Spinach from that planting is also much further along than the later planting.
