These are the 3 varieties of peas in the garden. We tasted these, along with the ones we got from the CSA, and none of them really stood out above the others. Sugar Snap may have been the least stringy, but I'll have to keep and eye on how these varieties mature in the garden. The main difference between the "Taste of Asia", and Melting sugar, is the pods of Asia are a lot more wavy than Melting Sugar. The Melting Sugar plants are taller than "Taste of Asia", and about the same size as the Sugar Snap.

Peas Identified
