Late harvest habs

I processed my last batch of habaneros today. I had cut up some eariler in the season, and left them in vinegar, and today I cut up some more and food processed the whole bunch. I reused the vinegar, so this batch is a little weter than normal. They seem pretty hot; I had a real sneezing fit when I cleaned up everything.
